Impact Asessment and Implementation Plannign 

 

This module shows how to do a systemic (multi-dimensional) impact assessment and make a step by step implementation plan for the ideal system design you made in the previous module.

Learners realise the importance of assessing the impact of a design before implementation planning. An impact assessment reveals if the design is desirable to stakeholders and the implementation plan reveals if the design can be implemented or not. Many good designs have failed, because the impact has been devastating or because implementation was not planned sufficiently.​​
